Hi, I’m Tofan Pal, proudly born and brought up in Dhenkanal, the Peace City of Odisha, which I proudly call my hometown. I am a self-motivated individual with good leadership qualities and a naturally friendly personality. Currently, I am pursuing my doctoral research under the esteemed guidance of Prof. Sarat Kumar Swain at Veer Surendra Sai university of Technology, Burla. I completed my Master’s degree in Chemistry from the same university, where I was awarded the Gold Medal for securing the highest academic distinction. I am also the Gold Medallist in my Bachelor’s degree. My research specializes in advanced materials science and nanotechnology, with a focused expertise in designing and developing high-performance nanomaterials for next-generation energy storage applications. I am passionate about creating innovative, sustainable solutions that enhance efficiency, durability, and scalability in modern energy system.
